The game was difficult to understand at first. Then once I understood...I found out you have to pay for each new map. The maps and add ons are expensive. Too much for me. I deleted it.

Game crashes after this update. Cant get multiplayer online games to work anymore.

I dont get the point of this update since it didnt fix the one way my friends and I play. Local play. I am literally sitting with two phones in my hand, both with this latest version and with Bluetooth turned on and both connected to the same wifi connection. Nothing! Still! This was our favorite pastime but we havent been able to play for months - rendering this app pointless for all of us except the occasional play against the computer, solo play. Why does this not work for so many people yet the developer seems to be unaware (by continuing to publish updates that dont work)??

I love this game and was SUPER excited when I saw the update allowed us to purchase ALL the maps in one CHEAP bundle. I was about to purchase until I saw I was no longer able to request to play my friends through GAMECENTER. I dont like playing random people. Its more fun playing my friends and I miss that we cant SEND/RECEIVE game requests any more. Bring it back and I wont have any problem dropping $20-$30 on in-game purchases with this game.

The ability to play locally over Bluetooth was one of the things my wife and I loved about this game. We could play whenever and wherever. How is removing this an improvement. Havent been able to get local play over wifi to work at all yet. At the rate they are "improving" this app I cant imagine I will even be able to open it soon.

Please roll back.

This use to be one of my favorite games to play. Played it for almost two years straight. Since the update to the UI I cant stand it. All my scores and paid content are gone. Disappointed.

This is not an update. Its a mess. Unplayable. Past purchases dont restore. I need to give them a valid email to even play with my husband. What a disaster. We both have loved this game for years. Ill be searching for our old ipad ones. We both had the good TTR version on them. Yes, this app is this bad now. If you dont have the old version safely stored on older tech, Id suggest looking for a new game:(

We still cant play TTR with our friends on Game centre so theres barely a point in playing this game. Just give us our old game back thats all we want. These "Usability improvements" are doing no good. So please give us the old game back. Thanks.

In my opinion, the best thing about this game is the multiplayer, but it doesnt work! Even local multiplayer, which should be a high priority for this game, wont connect my two iPhones when we are on the same Wifi. I was considering buying the full game pack for $10, but I am definitely going to wait until the multiplayer improves (or even works at all). Please fix this!!

Probably my most used app. We used to play this game a lot. In the car, at a restaurant... Anywhere because it was simple Bluetooth. Now the game is ruined needing a wifi connection. Not only that but now in the middle of a game we lose connection over and over. Used to be a great game but now its just frustrating from all the disconnects. Fix the disconnecting issues and let us just connect with Bluetooth and Id change my rating back to 5+ stars.

If you purchased additional maps in the old version, you have to purchase them again in this version at a higher price. Thanks, Days of Wonder.

The past few updates done to TTR have been horrible for the local multiplayer feature. Never connects to play opponent. The past version before they got all fancy with the graphics was much better, and game play, and connectivity was much better. Please bring the old version back, or update it to actually work when I want to play an opponent on another device! Thank you.

What was once a great game is now just a huge hassle. Not only did I pay for this app in the first place, after removing most of the functionality, keep pestering me to pay $7 for the "full version". The full version used to be the iPad app. But now its optimized for iPhones too. Which is cool, but not when they try and make you buy it again while boasting about improvements that are anything but. Its impossible to play with a friend online now because they no longer use Game Center. Overall this used to be a great app. It was fun and easy to play with my friends who dont live nearby. Now I cant do that and Im bombarded with these features from the full version that I have to pay for(again) to use.

The previous version of this app worked amazingly. My wife and I used to be able to play across our iPhones and get incredible connectivity. We would play games as fast as the AI was playing on our devices by ourselves. Since updating the app everything that we loved about playing the game has gone out the door. We can no longer connect over Bluetooth and play together. We can no longer play quickly when we do connect. We no longer enjoy the game and are very close to deleting it and sticking to the board game (which is also faster than playing this app) Glad I paid money for a waste of memory on my phone. (Sarcasm)

I would put the star rating as a zero if I could. The once great fun game is no longer! I cant even play it any more. I used to play it with my kids and loved the game. Now we cant play it anymore. So disappointing!!!! I dont know what you did to the game other than make it so you cant play it anymore. Bring back the old version please!!!!!!!

Please give me my game back! I am glad you fixed the banner debacle. So why would you destroy the bots????? Now all they know what to do I develop a few routes between cities then randomly throw down anything in order to stop the game early. I fly all over the country. I used this for intellectual diversion during long flights. Tried it on my flight today and put it away after I couldnt find a bot that played intelligently.

Just wish they had left the old game alone. Used to love playing head to head with my wife but now it is painful. No local game with bots. Please fix this!

Having never played the board game, it was really difficult to figure out how to play. The tutorial was rather vague on how you execute a turn. I just got frustrated and deleted it.

Used to be really great, but whatever caused them to remove Bluetooth support has made it completely useless for playing when your out and about. Dependence on a wifi network for Local play makes no sense.
